the  

beautiful  

Lahn  

Valley  

close  

to  

Koblenz,

midway

Cologne

car

it  

hosts  

one

the  

largest  

flower  

carnivals  

in  

Europe  

when  

the  

whole  

town  

'parties'.  

The

Carnival  

procession  

is  

very  

spectacular  

and  

floats  

covered  

in  

flowers,  

plus  

bands,  

troupes  

etc.,  

taking  

about  

one  

and  

a  

half

hours to pass. There are also fireworks, a fairground, markets, beer tents etc. - an event you would never forget!
